Local Orders (Pakistan)

- Free shipping on orders over PKR 60,000.

- Orders are confirmed via call/SMS, then processed and shipped.

- Credit card processing may take up to 3 business days. Delivery is via TCS within 2–4 business days post payment. You can track your order here.

- In-stock items ship quickly, whereas, out-of-stock items ship once restocked; delays are communicated.

- Tracking info is provided via email; delays communicated.

International Orders

- Orders are verified for accuracy and payment before shipment.

- Credit card processing can take up to 3 days. Delivery takes 4–7 days post payment, excluding customs delays.

- In-stock items ship quickly, whereas, Out-of-stock items ship once restocked; delays are communicated.

- Tracking info is provided via email; delays communicated.

- Customs charges are the customer's responsibility.
