III · Bespoke
Bespoke commissions
A pattern drafted for one person, then cut, fitted and finished by hand in our Islamabad workrooms.
Why bespoke
The ultimate refinement
Ready to wear fits many people reasonably. Bespoke fits one person exactly. It is the slowest way to make clothes and the most precise: nothing is assumed, and everything is decided with you.
- I · Made to OrderOur patterns in standard sizes. You design the details online.
- II · Made to MeasureOur patterns, adjusted to your measurements.
- III · BespokeA new pattern drafted for you, with several fittings.
The process
Seven steps, from first conversation to final fitting.
01The consultation
We talk through the occasion, how you live in your clothes and the silhouette you have in mind.
Complimentary · atelier or video
02Measuring
Measured by hand, noting what a tape alone cannot: the slope of a shoulder, how you stand.
In person
03Cloth & details
Choose from more than 5,000 cloths, then settle lapels, pockets, buttons and lining.
04Your pattern
A paper pattern drafted for you alone, kept in our archive for every future commission.
05The baste fitting
Loosely tacked together and fitted on you, then recut until the balance is right.

The forward fitting
With the shape settled, we refine sleeve pitch, collar, length and drape.
Second fitting
07Finishing & delivery

Bespoke begins in person
There is no online version of bespoke. A pattern cannot be drafted from a form, so every commission begins with a conversation and a measuring at Qasr'e Mohtaram in Islamabad. Living abroad? Book a video consultation first and we will plan your fittings around your visit.

Before you visit
Is the consultation free?
Yes. Your first consultation is complimentary with no obligation to order. We simply want to understand what you have in mind.
How early should I book for a wedding?
For wedding wardrobes — sherwani, prince coat, waistcoat, reception suit — we recommend starting 8 to 12 weeks before the first event. That leaves time for fabric selection, construction and fittings without rushing.
What should I bring?
A garment whose fit you love, photos or references of looks you like, and the shoes you plan to wear if it is a formal or wedding outfit. Nothing else — we will take care of the rest.
I live abroad. Can I still order?
Absolutely. Book a video consultation and we will guide you through fabrics, styling and self-measurement, then arrange the final fitting when you are next in Pakistan or ship to you.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Message us on WhatsApp at +1 571 283 4736 with your booking reference and we will move it for you. We only ask for a few hours' notice so another client can take the slot.
