How we work

Written down, so it never depends on who is in the room

Our company handbook sets out how every seat works. A few of the principles behind it:

One owner

Every task has one owner

Every piece of work has exactly one owner, and the board shows who. It is how nothing falls between two people.

Outcomes

Outcomes, not hours

Nobody is measured by how late they stay. We are measured by what we deliver, and by keeping the dates we promise.

Candour

Bad news travels fast

Problems are raised the same day, not discovered at the end of the week. Raising one is expected, never punished.

Fairness

No surprises

Clear measures, monthly one-to-ones and written reviews. Nobody should ever be surprised by a performance conversation.

Design and administrative work can be done remotely by agreement. Fittings, sampling and shoots happen together, in person.

Our story so far

2016

Launched in April with ten shirt designs and a handful of jackets from our own workshop.

2017

Our Islamabad flagship opens, and we become official kit designer for Peshawar Zalmi.

2018

Ready-to-wear and accessories launch, with our first womenswear collection.

2019

A wardrobe for the Prime Minister of Pakistan; our bespoke library passes 5,000 cloths.

2020

Mohtaram Fabrics launches — our luxury unstitched label.

2021

Nominated Best Menswear Designer at the HUM Style Awards.

2023

Awarded by the Pakistan Innovation Fund to build MTMx virtual fitting.

2026

Franchising opens, and our founder speaks at TEDxICE Islamabad.

Can I apply for more than one role?

Yes. Apply to each role separately, so the right team sees your application.

What should I send?

An up-to-date CV as a PDF or Word file, up to 10 MB. For design roles, add a link to your portfolio; for tailoring roles, tell us which garments you make.

What happens after I apply?

You will receive an email confirming we have your application. Our People team reviews every application against the role and contacts shortlisted candidates for a first conversation.
